Your design is refined through two revision stages, allowing us to adjust and resolve the layout, materials, and details.
During this phase, we ensure the design aligns with both your vision and budget.

Documentation & Pricing
Once the design is resolved, we prepare the required documentation and a detailed construction quote.
This ensures clarity, accuracy, and confidence before moving into construction.
Your Options
We offer two design pathways, both delivering a complete and considered outcome, with the option to include 3D visualisation for greater clarity prior to construction.
2D Design
A complete 2D design including layout and construction plans, presented with considered material selections and reference imagery.
2D + 3D Design
The same complete design package, with the addition of 3D renders to bring the space to life prior to construction.
Approvals Management
Where required, we can coordinate engineering and certification on your behlaf, ensuring all documentation is prepared for construction.
